Instant Insight gives you the power to embrace the moment, capturing feedback from your team in real time by creating your own poll. Instant Insight enables you to get meaningful data in a matter of seconds to drive engaging discussions.

To start using this feature, navigate to Instant Insights.

Creating a survey in Instant Insights

• Clicking on the Create a Poll button prompts you to enter your question and add statements.
• To include additional statements, simply click on the Add Statement button.
• Once your poll is ready, click Publish.
• In the subsequent screen, there are two ways for your team to participate: either by scanning the QR code or by copying and sharing the link for instant result tracking.

How can I see the results?

As participants engage with the survey and provide their responses, you will have real-time access to the results on your screen. This allows for immediate discussion and analysis of the gathered data.

Besides that, you have the option to export a PDF file, which is ideal once all the answers are locked in. Simply click on Export to PDF and the file will be saved.

When finished, click the ‘x‘ in the upper right corner.

How do participants see this survey?

After sharing the link or scanning the QR code, a new tab will open, displaying the question and added statements. Participants can easily make their selection by clicking on the desired statement and then clicking Done.
