If the message “You already answered this survey !“, as in the picture below, pops up for one of your team members, don’t worry we have a quick solution for you.
This is what you can do.
- Select your capability and click on ‘Copy Link’ option located on the right side menu.
- Now you can share that link with the person that needs to respond to your survey.
Why do I see this message ? (“You already answered this survey !“)
If you see this message, someone already submitted the response to your survey using a particular link, such as a corporate mailbox or group email address.
When you use our email option to share surveys, we create a unique link for each email address. Once you receive a response, we disable additional submissions using that link. We do this to limit one person from responding to a particular survey multiple times.
