Managing capabilities in Comparative Agility allows you to customize and fine-tune your assessment process according to your organization’s needs. This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to manage capabilities effectively.

Accessing Capabilities

• Log in to your Comparative Agility account.
• Navigate to the “Settings” menu.
• Click on “Capabilities” to access the capabilities management screen.

Enabling or Disabling Capabilities

• On the capabilities management screen, you will see a list of available capabilities.
• To enable or disable a capability, toggle the switch next to it.

Enabled capabilities will be indicated by a blue color, while disabled capabilities will be grayed out.

Note : Only enabled capabilities will be seen when you want to add a new survey and send it out.

Exploring Capability Details

• In the capabilities management screen, click on the “More” (3 dots) next to a specific capability.
• This will open a detailed view of the capability, providing additional information and options.

Selecting and Deselecting Statements

1. Within the detailed view of a capability, you will see a list of statements associated with it.
2. To customize the statements, select or deselect the checkboxes next to each statement according to your preferences.
3. Selecting a statement indicates that it will be included in the assessment, while deselecting it removes it from the assessment.

Note: Save changes by clicking on the blue button “Apply changes”, also you can turn comments on and off, for the specific assessment, right next to the save button. 

 

 

Downloading Statements

• In the detailed view of a capability, you will find a “Download Questions” button.
• Click on this button to download a CSV file containing all the statements associated with the capability.
• This file can be used for offline review, analysis, or sharing with stakeholders.

Reviewing Questions

• Within the detailed view of a capability, you will find a “Preview Questions” button.
• Clicking on this button allows you to preview the questions associated with the capability.
• This helps you gain insights into the assessment content and structure before conducting the assessment.
