  • Super Admin: If an account has more than one instance, the Super Admin is able to view all of them linked to an account. Super Admin has all other Admin privileges.
  • Owner: The entity that “owns” the subscription of the organization. An owner has all privileges, including buying, upgrading, downgrading, and canceling subscriptions; inviting and removing members from an account; and changing member roles. An owner has access to all teams and reports created under the account. Each account can have multiple owners. An owner can also be a corporate mailbox, if necessary. 
  • Admin: Admins have privileges that include full access to teams, analysis, and reports. An admin has access to all teams and reports created under the account and can invite and remove members from the corporate account and change member roles. Each account can have more than one admin.
  • Member: A member has full access to collectors, analysis, and reports. However, a member is not able to see teams or reports created by other members.
