This article will guide you through managing team members. The Team Member feature enhances team management by allowing you to move members between teams, assign them to multiple teams, or remove them as needed. It provides clear visibility into team compositions, ensuring efficient organization. Additionally, unassigned members can be easily placed into their appropriate teams, helping maintain structured and up-to-date team rosters.
Navigating to Team Members
To navigate to this screen, please follow the steps below:
- Open Settings
- Locate Team Members

Add team members to a team
There are a few options for you on the Team Members screen, including adding team members to teams. Simply:
- While on the Team Members screen, select one or a few team members
- Click on the Add to a team option
- Choose a team on the right-hand side
- Proceed with Move here button
Note: This option allows you to add one team member to different teams.

Move team members to another team
Instead of adding a member to different teams, you can relocate them by using this option. To do that, follow the steps below:
- Select one or a few team members
- Click on the Move to a team option
- Choose a team on the right-hand side
- Proceed with Move here button
Note: This option allows you to relocate team members to different teams.

Remove a team member from all teams
In case you would like to remove a team member from all teams, which will result in moving that team member to the Unassigned tab, simply:
- Select one or a few team members
- Click on the Remove from all teams option
Note: This option will remove a team member from all teams which will result in relocating that team member to the Unassigned tab.

Remove a team member from one team
If you would like to remove a team member only from one specific team, please follow the steps below:
- Click on one email address which will open up a new screen
- Locate the team you would like to delete the member from
- Click on the Remove option
Note: You have the option to remove that specific team member from all teams on the same screen.

Delete team members
To delete team members for good, simply:
- Select one or a few team members
- Click on the Delete option
Note: This option will delete the team members from the account, which means that you will need to add them again if deleted.

Three dots menu
This is the menu on the right-hand side of each team member. When you open it, you will be able to use the same options as described above, but only for one specific user. Simply:
- Locate a specific team member
- Click on the three dots
- Select the option you are interested in

Right-click menu
This enhancement consolidates various functionalities across the application, making them easily accessible with a simple right-click of your mouse. The right-click option gives you the ability to use all of the above options as well as copy the email of a specific team member. Simply:
- Locate a specific team member
- Click on the right-click
- Select the option you are interested in

Unassigned team members
This tab is for all team members who are not a part of a team. While on this tab, you can add team members to a team by following the steps below:
- Locate a specific team member
- Either use the three dots menu, select one or a few team members, or use the right-click option
- Click on the Add to a team option
- Choose a team on the right-hand side
- Proceed with Move here button

Team Member Menu
To access this menu, simply click on one of the emails on the Team Members Screen. There are a few options available for you:
- Add to a team – with this option, you can add a specific team member to another team
- Remove – this option will remove the team member from a specific team
- Remove from all – with this option, you can remove the team member from all teams
- Delete – if you choose to delete a team member, the member will be deleted for good
