This article will guide you through the steps of using the Satisfaction Index survey. Promoter Feedback survey measures how satisfied customers are with a company’s products, services, or overall experience. By gathering feedback on key aspects of customer interactions, the CSI provides a clear score that helps identify areas for improvement and track satisfaction levels over time.

Instant Insights

With Instant Insights, you can gather quick, anonymous feedback from your team, ask them anything, and view their real-time responses. It’s the perfect tool for collecting instant data and gaining valuable insights!

Comparative Agility offers various templates, among which you can find the Satisfaction Index – Promoter Feedback assessment. To access it, simply:

  • Open Instant Insights
  • Click on See All in the upper right corner
  • Choose a template
  • Proceed with the Use Template button

Genuine Survey

Another way of gathering feedback from the customers is sending out one of our Genuine Surveys. Once you create a structure, and you are ready to start sending out surveys, please follow the steps below:

  • While on the Structure Screen, locate the team you would like to add the survey to
  • Click on Add new capability
  • Choose the Satisfaction Index Survey
  • Click on the Preview button if you would like to update it
  • Once, ready, click on the Proceed button

Satisfaction Index in Reports

No matter whether you used Instant Insights or Genuine Survey, the report will follow the same format. It will include all the questions and answers along with a calculated satisfaction index.

Create your own Satisfaction Index Survey

  • Open Custom Capability
  • Choose the Start with a Blank Canvas option
  • Type in your statement
  • Convert it to the Satisfaction Index

You can also enable optional comments. This option will give the respondents the possibility to add a comment tied to a specific statement. To enable it, please follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to the General button
  • Click on the Enable Optional Comments option

In the screenshot below we show you how to enable optional comments

Additionally, create mandatory/optional comment fields. If you would like to have a mandatory/optional comment field that the respondents should fill out, simply:

  • Select the statement
  • Change the Question Type to Open-ended
  • Choose if you would like to make it optional or mandatory
