We treat “N/A” values as if they do not apply to the respective question. In other words, we don’t count them as part of calculating an average. So if you have 10 people on the team and 2 people state “N/A”, the average calculation will be based on the 8 people who responded with a “non-NA” response. If everyone responds “N/A”, then the question will not have a value and will not appear in the report.
