Our Agility survey is focused on Scrum, but we would say that about +90% of all questions should be relevant to many other agile practices. As an example, I would ask Kanban team members to take the survey but just disregard the following two questions:
– Whole teams, including the ScrumMaster and Product Owner, have no more than 12 people on them.
– All work is done in iterations of no more than 30 days.

Also, it might be a good idea to review the questions with team members and decide what questions are not applicable to them. If they feel a question is not relevant in their context, simply instruct them to select “Not Applicable” and the response will not be part of the analysis.
