This article will explain the difference between Remarks and Reflections and how to add them to the report.

Remarks

Remarks are assigned to collectors and are created for the coaches and managers to provide their comments or plans related to that particular team. The remarks can be printed as a part of the report. To add them, simply:

• While on the Structure Screen, locate the desired Survey
• On the collector level, different options will pop up
• Select the Add Remarks option
• Type in a note
• Proceed with the Save button

Reflections

Reflections are related to that particular report and are usually used by the team to identify opportunities for improvement. Reflections can be printed as a part of the report. Follow the steps below to add reflections:

• While in the report itself, navigate to the Notes section
• Click on the Reflections tab
• Type in a new note
• Proceed with the Save button
